What We Collect

When you sign up for the DualWeather TestFlight beta, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

That's it. Nothing more.

How We Use It

Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Sending TestFlight beta invitations via Apple's TestFlight platform
  • Providing updates on the app's development and release status
  • Responding to your contact form messages

Your data will not be used for marketing, advertising, analytics profiling, or any other purpose beyond what is listed above.

How We Store It

All personal data (names and email addresses) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. The database cannot be queried for personal information without the appropriate encryption keys. Email addresses are additionally hashed using SHA-256 for duplicate detection, ensuring we never store plaintext emails in the lookup index.

Who Has Access

Only the DualWeather developer has access to the encrypted data. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Third-Party Services

This website uses:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — for bot protection on forms. Cloudflare may process your IP address for verification purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Apple TestFlight — if you are invited to the beta, Apple processes your information under their own privacy policies. See Apple's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Your data is retained only for as long as needed for beta testing and development communication. Once DualWeather launches publicly and the beta program concludes, all beta signup data will be permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the contact form. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
